Operating principle of Hammer Crusher
The motor drives the rotor rotated at a high speed through the V-belt, and the hammer heads are installed on the rotor, when the materials get into the working chamber of hammer crusher, they are crushed by the rotating hammer heads with high rotation speed, the crushed products which meet the required size can be discharged through the bottom screen plate, while the large size products are brought back to the crushed area by the hammer heads for being re-crushed until they reached the required particle sizes.
