Working Principle

The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt, and driven by the motor, the material on the mesh belt runs to the end of the other end and is turned into the lower layer. This reciprocating movement, until the discharge end sends out the drying box, completes the drying process. Under the action of the fan, the hot air in the box transfers heat to the material through the mesh belt. After heating the air to the temperature required for drying, and then contacting the mesh belt material layer to complete the heat transfer process, the air temperature drops and the water content increases, part of the moist air is discharged by the induced draft fan, and the other part is connected to the supplementary normal temperature. After the air is mixed, the second drying cycle is carried out to achieve full utilization of energy. The temperature in the box can be monitored by the thermocouple reaction line, and the air intake volume of the fan can be adjusted in time.

Structure Description

1. Transmission system The system adopts a combined structure of motor + cycloidal planetary gear speed reducer + mesh belt drive for uniform motion. The running speed of the mesh belt can be achieved by adjusting the running frequency of the motor. 2. Transmission system It consists of driving wheel, driven wheel, conveying chain, tensioning device, strut, mesh belt and rolling roller. The chains on both sides are connected into one through the shaft, and are positioned and moved at a constant speed through the sprocket, roller and track. The driving wheel is installed on the discharge side. 3. Drying room The drying room is divided into two parts: the main drying room and the air duct. The main drying room is equipped with an observation door, and the bottom is a blanking inclined plate, and is equipped with a cleaning door, which can regularly clean the accumulated materials in the box. 4. Dehumidification system After the hot air in each drying chamber completes heat transfer, the temperature drops, the air humidity increases, and the drying capacity decreases, and part of the exhaust gas needs to be discharged in time. After the exhaust gas is collected from each moisture exhaust port to the moisture exhaust main pipe, it is discharged to the outside in time by the negative pressure of the induced draft fan of the moisture exhaust system. 5.
