VS1720A Super-large grinding mill is mainly used in chemical industry, for instance, grinding glass, rubber, pesticides, enamel, paint, phosphate fertilizer, paper. Hardness below seven Moh’s hardness following humidity below 6% non-flammable and non-explosive materials. Such as: talc, barite, calcite, limestone, manganese ore, iron ore soil, chrome ore, quartz, gypsum, bentonite, etc.

1. High Output & Low Consumption -- Compared with same capacity φ1250 vertical mill, 25% power is being saved; 2. Less Floor Space -- Floor Space:150 sq.m. Compared with same output and granularity, one third floor space is being saved than 6 pcs of 4R3220 Raymond mills (1 pc takes 56 sq.m) So VK1720 will reduce investment in infrastructure. 3. Large Transmission Capacity -- Blower adopts integrated type and recycled water-cooling system. The assembly requires access to cooling water circulation.  The air volume and air pressure are greatly increased, so as to greatly improve the ability of pneumatic conveying. 4. High Collecting Efficiency -- Cyclone collector adopts parallel double cyclone collector, 10-15% higher than the single cyclone collection efficiency. 5. High Classifying Capacity -- Classifier adopts built-in large taper blade turbine classifier. The outlet fineness can be adjustable from 80-600 mesh. 6. Strong Ability of Shoveling Material -- Adopting super large shovel blade to shovel as much as possible to the grinding area between the roll and ring. 7. Energy-conservation and Environment-protection -- Equipped with pulse dust collector in surplus wind outlet, collection efficiency is as high as 99.9% to keep workshop environmental health. 8. Electrical Control Cabinet: PLC control system is optional. 9. Grinding Roller Assembly: Adopting floating-sealed type (see the drawing of roller assembly)
